how to support the trust

The Friends of Motueka Hospital Trust relies on donations, bequests and charitable trust funds to expand and maintain its services to the communities of Motueka and the surrounding districts. The Trust also runs fund raising events during the year.

The Trust is a registered charitable trust for taxation purposes.

Your anonimity is assured if you so request.

All donations above $5.00 are acknowledged with a formal receipt from the Trust.

You can support the Trust either by:

Making a donation to the Trust - see below to download a donation form

OR

Making a donation and a pledge together - see below to download our form for this

OR

Promise over time an amount to the Trust - see below to download an example of a promissary note

OR

Add an additional bequest for the Trust to your will - see below to download a codicil to your existing will

OR

When writing your will leave a bequest to the Trust - see below for an example of a clause for your will.

OR

For donations of material or goods to assist with building the new hospital please contact us to discuss the details.
